Account Deletion Request
For Liftd mobile application
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and associated data from Liftd, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Click the button below to open your email application (or manually compose an email to hello@liftd.app)
- In the email, include:
- The email address or authentication method you used to sign in to Liftd
- A confirmation that you want your account and data deleted
- Send the email
- We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email when complete

What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account information
- All app settings and preferences
- All personal data associated with your account
⚠️ Important Information
- Deletion is permanent: Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered
- Processing time: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- Retention period: We may retain certain data for up to 30 days for backup purposes, after which it is permanently deleted
- Legal obligations: We may retain minimal information if required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal compliance)
